Weekly Timetable
Most of our classes are taken in our bespoke private studio, separate to the main gym area, apart from Calisthenics.
HYROX
Functional fitness to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength and mobility. This class will help you train for a race of simply improve your overall fitness. Suitable for all abilities as you can adjust the intensity.
Pilates
Using the 8 principles of Pilates; concentration, breath, centring, control, precision, flow, isolation and routine to focus on strengthening the entire body with an emphasis on core strength to improve posture, balance and flexibility.
Functional Mobility
Improve your range of motion, flexibility, awareness and control of your body. This class will help improve your strength, movement capacity, performance and brain function. Great for injury rehab and prevention.
Studio Strength
A total body barbell-based workout with the aim of improving muscular strength and endurance.
Calisthenics
Using your own bodyweight as a form of strength training, utilising little or no equipment.
Circuits
Women's only circuit style training, focused on resistance and cardio combined with core and balance work included. A variety of low impact exercises to help you build strength and general fitness. Open to all levels.
Animal Flow
A ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. Designed to improve strength, power, flexibility and mobility. Featuring a structured series of animal style movements.
DEKA
DEKA classes are structured fitness sessions based on the 10 DEKA zones, designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
These classes incorporate the same movements and exercises found in DEKA events, like DEKA Fit and DEKA Mile, to prepare individuals for the challenge
