Kate is a motivational trainer with a love for all things fitness. She is an advocate for a healthy lifestyle and is constantly learning in order to provide the best service for her clients. She loves to challenge herself as well as her clients, giving her experience in a range of disciplines; from strongman to running a half-marathon.

Qualifications - Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, BA (hons) Dance, Group Indoor Cycling, Advanced Stretching Coach, Mental Health Awareness for Sports and Physical Activity, Boxercise and Kickboxercise, Self Myofascial Release Training, Body Weight Exercises Training, Small Group Training. Medicine Ball Training.

Rik

Rik has over 40 years of experience in the industry, with a passion for all things fitness, particularly bodybuilding, powerlifting, sports performance and cycling. He has spent countless hours in the gym, giving him vast knowledge and experience. He is a versatile trainer with a relaxed and friendly personality that contributes to fun, effective sessions.

Qualifications - World Amateur Bodybuilding Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine, Self Myofascial Release Training, Boxing and Padwork.

Mel

Mel has been interested in health and fitness for years, constantly expanding her knowledge to keep ahead of the game. She is a women’s health coach and fitness trainer, helping women become confident with workouts alongside making positive lifestyle choices. Mel’s knowledge stems from years of personal experience as well as an eagerness to learn via courses, reading the latest research and learning from other professionals.

Qualifications - Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Animal Flow Level 1, Strongfirst Kettlebell Instructor, Certified FRC Mobility Specialist (FRCms).

Danny

Having spent time developing his own fitness and knowledge, Danny can provide you with the tools needed to reach your goals, gain confidence and become more resilient. He has worked in the fitness industry for the last 5 years and his love of football gives him hands-on experience training athletes with a combination of endurance and strength training.

Qualifications - Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Strength and Conditioning - Movement Strength and Power Performance Coach, Group Exercise, Bootcamp Instructor, Kettlebell Instructor.

Danniella

Having been surrounded by a sporty family all her life, Danniella naturally found her way into the gym and enjoys the process of learning and progressing within her training, constantly trusting the process to achieve results.

Sophie

Sophie has a keen interest in strength training, stemming from her involvement in gymnastics and nutrition, having had to change her own lifestyle to positively affect her health. Recently qualified as a fitness instructor and currently working towards her personal training qualification, she is eager to help others discover what their bodies are capable of and achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle.

Tim

Tim has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years, starting off as a personal trainer before taking on a more managerial role. Although he spends more time running the business side of things these days, Tim has a no-nonsense approach to training, with an interest in all things relating to strength training.

Qualifications - Level 2 Gym & Fitness Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Group Training, Kettlebell Instructor.
